RETURN FORM To return an item to MusicForKids, please follow these simple steps: 1. Print this page. (On Windows computers using Internet Explorer either click on the "Printer" icon above or press "Ctrl" and then "P.") 2. Call 888-727-9833 or click HERE and request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Write that number in the allotted space on this form, as well as on the OUTSIDE of your package in a prominent location. ALERT: Returns shipped without an RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package will not be accepted. 3. Complete the rest of the form with your information and product information.
